reading French.
All new bilingual students must
be assessed before
enrolling in a class.
Le Club des Petites Grenouilles (5-6 years old)
Material: Tatou le Matou 2
This programme, for young
French-speaking children, is
designed to teach your child how
to introduce himself and others
talk about his immediate
environment and be able to
express his wishes, needs and
desires. As imagination is very
important at this age, the
curriculum of this course is
based on stories and fairy
tales.
Les Poussins Bilingues
(7-9
years old)
Material: Super Gafi
This programme is specially
designed for young readers.
However, the main purpose of
this course is still oral
communication and understanding.
Reading and writing are
introduced with games involving
children's learning materials.
Les Minimes Bilingues
(8-10
years old)
This programme focuses on
expanding children's vocabulary
and practice of the language.
While the oral is still
important, starting to work on
written skills is also
essential.
Children will work all year long
on projects in which they will
practise their French. Different
aspects of written materials
will be studied such as
Comic-strips, Tales, Articles,
Novels, Poems, Plays and various
competitions.
Children will be also be
prepared to the
DELF Prim’ A1 exams.
Les Cadets Bilingues
(11-12
years old)
Material: Le Kiosque 2 & 3
This programme focuses on
expanding children's vocabulary
and practice of the language.
While the oral is still
important, working on written
skills is also essential.
Children will be also be
prepared to the DELF Prim’ A2
