These courses consist of 2
terms of 16 weeks. They
prepare participants for
Business French exams delivered
by the Chambre of Commerce which
are held in June. For more

Initiation au Français des
Affaires |
|
Access: from B1 |
|
Students will continue to
improve their grammar and
general French and will be
introduced to the use of French
in basic business situations:
They will learn the basics of
letter writing, build up a range
of business vocabulary, write
reports in French (based on
commercial texts written in
English), and improve their
aural comprehension.
Participants will be asked to
make presentations on simple
business topics. |

Français des Affaires B2 |
|
Access: from B2
Designed for students with a
higher intermediate or advanced
level who may previously have
studied business French or have
a working knowledge of business
French. |

Students will learn a wide range
of vocabulary used in various
business fields (banking,
accountancy, purchasing & sales,
transport). This course
primarily focuses on
presentations, letter and fax
writing, translation and oral
and written comprehension.
Students will be asked to make
presentations in French based on
business documents. (The main
grammar points will also be
revised). |

Access: from C1
Designed for students with an
advanced level who have
previously studied basic
business French or have a
working knowledge of business
French. |
