Legal French
 

The Diploma in Legal French takes place over the academic year culminating in the Chambre de Commerce de Paris exam in June 2011 (Diplôme de Français Professionel Juridique B2).

French Law Course

Taught by native-French lawyers and lecturers the French Law course (75 hours) is divided into four modules, each finishing with a workshop.

Module 1: Introduction to the French legal system and methods
Module 2: Public Law to include Constitutional Law
Module 3: Private Law
Module 4: Other legal subjects (Employment law, Criminal law, Property law....)
French Course


The French Language element of the course (30 hours) will focus on the necessary language skills and vocabulary. Taught by native-French teachers.

Those who complete the course will be in a position to deal with French-speaking lawyers and business people and/or with French legal matters in an English-speaking environment.
